1. OVERVIEW

This website and its services are operated by EH Synergy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. SERVICES

EH Synergy LLC provides:

-Done-for-you websites
-CRM systems and client management tools
-Automation setup
-Subscription-based access to digital infrastructure
-Services are delivered using third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

EH Synergy LLC utilizes a combination of one-time fees, recurring subscriptions, and usage-based third-party costs.

Setup Fees

Certain services require a one-time setup fee covering onboarding, system configuration, and buildout.

All setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Subscription Billing

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis

Current pricing tiers include $97, $297, and $697 per month

Subscription fees grant access to systems, infrastructure, and ongoing service

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination.

Usage-Based & Third-Party Fees
Certain features may incur additional charges based on usage.

These include, but are not limited to:

-AI agent usage
-SMS/text messaging
-Email sending
-Phone calls and voice agents

Automation usage

These fees:

-Are billed separately or passed through to the client
-Are determined by third-party providers such as GoHighLevel
-May vary based on usage and provider pricing
-EH Synergy LLC is not responsible for third-party pricing changes.

Payment Authorization

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize recurring and usage-based charges where applicable.

No Refund Policy

All payments, including setup fees, subscriptions, and usage-based charges, are non-refundable.

Failed Payments

Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

4. SETUP & DOMAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own domain
EH Synergy LLC is not responsible for domain costs or issues
Setup is provided as agreed during onboarding

5. SERVICE SCOPE

EH Synergy LLC provides setup, configuration, and system access as outlined at purchase.

Ongoing support includes reasonable technical assistance but does not include:

-Custom development beyond original scope
-Unlimited revisions or redesigns
-Troubleshooting third-party platforms outside our control
-Support is provided during normal business hours.

6. ACCESS & TERMINATION

Access to services is contingent upon active payment
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or misuse
We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion for violations of these Terms

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems, templates, automations, and frameworks remain the property of EH Synergy LLC

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for business use only
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of our systems

8. DATA & ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP

Clients retain ownership of their business data.

However:

-All systems, automations, and structures remain the intellectual property of EH Synergy LLC
-Upon cancellation, access may be revoked
-Data retention is not guaranteed beyond 30 days after termination

9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee:

-Business outcomes
-Lead generation results
-Revenue or earnings
-All services are tools intended to support your business.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EH Synergy LLC is not liable for:

-Business losses or damages
-Missed opportunities
-Platform outages (including GoHighLevel, Stripe, or others)
-Technical issues beyond our control
-Use of our services is at your own risk.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We rely on third-party providers including:

-GoHighLevel
-Stripe
-Meta platforms
-We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures from these providers.

12. CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks.

All disputes must be handled directly with EH Synergy LLC.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EH Synergy LLC from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your use of our services.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including outages, natural disasters, or third-party disruptions.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.

16. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
